Registration is required to use our live meeting platform. Only registered customers have access to our service. You can register through our application by filling out a registration form. You will need to provide the following information during the registration process:

Name of your organization

Your phone number

Support or email information

If you make a post via email or on the application platform, that information is stored with us. We also store information about your support requests to help us resolve them.

Payment information

We do not collect any bank or credit card information on the site to protect you against any form of fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering) and other liabilities.

Any online course fee payment to Meeting Me is processed through partner aamarPay. Therefore, any privacy policy related to payment information can be viewed on our payment partner’s site.

Change

If there are any changes to our Privacy Policy, we will promptly post the changes on our website. Such changes shall be effective from the date of posting unless a different date is specified by the Operator.
